Giochi di Affari
Giochi di Affari (alternatively Business Simulation Games) is a term denoting learning activities led by a form of a game. Unlike teambuilding activities, the main goal here is not entertainment and the game itself. There is only an element to distract the attention of the participant. The participant has fun, and the target skills that are really at stake here are easily, nonviolently, and sometimes literally unconsciously.
The knowledge and experience gained in this way have positive connotations for the participants and are therefore more often used in practice. They also greatly facilitate the adoption of new techniques so-called”late majority“, aka people who don't like to try new things. After a non-violent experience of the technique in the form of a game (“There's nothing to it, it's just a game”), it suddenly ceases to be a problem to use the technique in reality (“I know it, I've already experienced it.”)
