RainFellows Story
Our journey began in 2006, when we formed a team of agile coaches based on our successes at the IT company Tieto and growing demand. We shared our experience with clients across Europe, for example in the Finnish IT cluster, where we helped companies of all sizes—from startups to multinational corporations—implement agile and lean methodologies.
In 2013, we turned this success into the founding of our own consulting company, RainFellows, and began to apply our know-how outside of IT, in services and manufacturing.
Since 2023, we have expanded our team with additional experienced coaches. Today, RainFellows consists of seven equal partners and executives who bring together a network of collaborators and experts. Together, we are able to offer our clients a wide range of knowledge and practical experience.
