- processing of orders for participation in workshops and events organized or co-organized by RainFellows s.r.o.
- marketing communications, sending newsletters and informational messages
- handling questions and comments, finding satisfaction
The provision of personal data is:
- mandatory for order processing, marketing purposes and information in general
- voluntary for the evaluation of the service
Your rights are:
- you have the right to access to your personal data, i.e. to obtain confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed; if so, you have the right to access this data and other specific information
- you have the right to rectification of the personal data being processed, if it is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of processing you can request a refill incomplete personal data.
- you have the right to erasure personal data in cases stipulated by law
- you have the right to restrict the processing of personal data in cases stipulated by law
- you can get your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; and you can transfer your personal data to another controller
- you have the right to file a complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the controller is processing your personal data unlawfully or otherwise violates your rights
Personal data are processed according to legal requirements for a period of 5 years from the processing of the last order for the service.
For the security of personal data the administrator has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures and only authorised persons shall have access to them.
After the period of retention of personal data, the following data deleted.
